I'm going through a green phase. Green eye shadows and liners are my current favs, but it's great to find a cheap and cheerful version that does what it says and doesn't irritate my eyes.
Beautyuk's Metallic Eye Sparks are fat, soft eye pencils which you can use as liner or as shadow. I've got the green (no surprise there) I applied a quick line on my lids, and it looks like a cross between the two - with just enough colour and definition to highlight my eyes in a daytime kind of way.
